How Covid secure are you?

I live on my own, don’t socialise or work with anyone and take all reasonable and recommended steps to keep myself virus free. I personally pick and pack your order, prior to which I will have thoroughly washed my hands. Stock and packaging will have been in my home for several days prior to being posted. If you have any concerns or would like further assurances please contact me.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, please select your choice from the dropdown menu on individual product pages. Jewellery generally comes presented in an organza bag or box for fragile or more expensive items free of charge. These can then be beautifully giftwrapped, adding ribbon, or raffia for a more rustic look, and gift tag, a service provided free of charge during lockdown. Non jewellery items can also be giftwrapped, please see individual product pages for options. For any special requests not listed please contact me and I will try and accommodate you as best I can. Please note there may be a delay in posting if giftwrapping is selected.

Where do you deliver to?

I post to any UK address, except PO boxes.

I post overseas by special request only due to high and wildly fluctuating postage costs. Please contact me with the item(s) you wish to purchase and I will provide you with a quote.

What are your delivery charges?

Postage to any UK address, mainland, Highlands and Islands is £2.50 for orders up to £20, £4.90 for orders over £20,  with free delivery on orders over £50. For further information please see Deliveries page.

Where are you based?

I am located in Branscombe, East Devon. Address will be provided with order confirmation. This is purely for security reasons as I operate from my home.

What payment methods do you accept?

I take Visa and Mastercard and Apple Pay. My payment processor is Stripe, not as well known as Paypal but very commonly used by many marketplaces and ecommerce sites around the world.  If you wish to pay using Apple Pay you need to select the Stripe payment option and when it comes to entering your credit card detais you can simply click on the Apple Pay button.

There is a misconception that only Paypal offers buyer protection, when in fact both UK consumer law and your credit card company provide protection against problems when making online purchases and as a reputable seller I aim to solve any issues arising from non-delivery or other problems with an order to my buyers’ satisfaction myself. The process will be far quicker than dealing with faceless Paypal. You can contact me on my home telephone number, 01297 680261 should you need to. 

I have reluctantly decided to trial Paypal as an alternative payment method to Stripe for a month long period. Reluctantly, as the charges are nearly double those of Stripe and I have had numerous issues with Paypal as both a seller and a buyer. However, I understand that it is a more convenient way to pay for some customers so the option is now available.

Alternatives are bank transfer or cash on delivery for local customers.
