Do you gift wrap?

Yes, please select your choice from the dropdown menu on individual product pages. Jewellery generally comes presented in an organza bag or box for fragile or more expensive items free of charge. These can then be beautifully giftwrapped, adding ribbon, or raffia for a more rustic look, and gift tag for a small fee. Non jewellery items can also be giftwrapped, please see individual product pages for options. For any special requests not listed please contact me and I will try and accommodate you as best I can. Please note there may be a slight delay in posting if giftwrapping is selected.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, I love doing bespoke orders and bringing a customer’s vision to life, be it for a piece of jewellery or home decor piece. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Where do you deliver to?

I post to any UK address, except PO boxes, and to mainland USA.

I post to Europe and the rest of the world by special request only due to high postage costs and varying customs regulations. Please contact me with the item(s) you wish to purchase and I will provide you with a quote.

Can you deliver direct to the recipient of a gift?

Yes, I can send straight to the recipient, gift wrapped and with personalised note/gift tag on request.

What are your delivery charges?

Where are you based?

I am located in Branscombe, East Devon,UK.

What payment methods do you accept?

I take Visa and Mastercard. My payment processor is Stripe, not as well known as Paypal but very commonly used by many marketplaces and ecommerce sites around the world, cheaper than Paypal hence preferred by vendors, or you can pay by Paypal. If wishing to pay by Paypal and you don’t have an account please checkout using the purple button rather than the Paypal button and on completion of your details you can choose whether to check out via Paypal or Stripe. This allows you to checkout as a guest on Paypal using your credit or cebit card.

There is a misconception that only Paypal offers buyer protection, when in fact both UK consumer law and your credit card company provide protection against problems when making online purchases and as a reputable seller I aim to solve any issues arising from non-delivery or other problems with an order to my buyers’ satisfaction myself. The process will be far quicker than dealing with faceless Paypal. You can contact me on my home telephone number, 01297 680261 should you need to. 

Alternatives are bank transfer or cash on delivery for local customers.

How eco friendly are you?

I try and minimise my use of plastic for packaging where possible. Items are shipped in cardboard letterboxes, jiffy bags or for parcels recycled boxes may be used. I also use some recycled bubble wrap and other packaging materials as appropriate. I have recently come across a toy filling made from recycled plastic bottles and am trialling using this as protective filler packaging instead of bubble wrap for some of my items like my spiders.

I have trialled eco friendly packing tape but have found it doesn’t stick to anything particularly well and the Post Office doesn’t like it because labels won’t stick to it.

If you have chose the giftwrap option I have recycled wrapping paper available and can use natural raffia instead of ribbon.
