HOW WE WORK

From a simple addition to a room to a complete basement refurbishment, Gorgeous is there whatever the size and complexity of the project.

Step 1 - Initial visit

• We will visit your home to establish what is required and whether you have a specific vision on its implementation. This can take the form of pictures cut out from magazines, sketches, colours, textiles or just about anything to kick start the process.
• Get to know the feel of the home and the way in which you like to live.
• Discuss if any specialist expertise is needed (architect, decorator, electrician).

Step 2 - Sourcing

• We source items and examples for your perusal. For small objects such as taps, tiles, fabrics, paint samples these can be brought to your home as part of an 'on-site' view. For larger items such as flooring, free standing wardrobes and bathrooms etc we will arrange a viewing 'offsite'.
• During this process we make sure all items are co-ordinated and work well with each other. We start with one or two of your favourite colours, a tile or cushion perhaps. From that, we start to co-ordinate the room(s) with suggestions of what tile goes with what kitchen, what tap with what sink, flooring, blinds/curtains, rugs, fireplaces etc.

Step 3 - Implementation

• Clients final choice delivered to site, ready for contractors to fit with Gorgeous overseeing the project.
